    Moving a feather duster?

If you can pull him from the rock then yes you can relocate him. But getting him off the rock without damaging something so small is the challenge. Damage=potential death.....

    nuisance hair algae

Don't forget water quality. Er well nitrates and phosphates are a part of water quality. I would check those two. You must effectively starve the algae to control it. Lights on about 8-10 hours, feed less, and always use RO water. To eat it get mexican turbos, lawnmower blennies or bicolors,

royal gramma with a puffy clowdy eye!

Sounds like cloudy eye, possibly pop eye. Try a search for it. It's very very treatable but if left for long could blind the fish. I don't know what to treat it with. It's a bacterial infection i think so some of the common treatments in a fish store can be used i just don't know which one.

    clown trouble

well if there is a parasite in the tank that killed them then yes it could affect your other fish. It may never manifest itself but it could... It is possible you overstocked but i've seen 4 fish in a 20 before so i don't know. I've heard of an anemone fish disease but i don't think i've ever...

    clown trouble

Did the clowns have any cuts or tears on them? You can't keep a yellow tang in a 20 and expect him to be civil in the least, let alone healthy. The tang can live in there for a time. If he is small enough but like i said. The blue damsels can be mean too but i would look to your tang...

    FLEAS!!! and Fish......

I know thats what scares the crap out of me. It doesn't look like many people have more of an opinion in this. Part of the problem is the dog is long haired so the fleas hide alot better.

    FLEAS!!! and Fish......

Ok my roomates dog is a serious flea bag. She sprays him AND uses the liquid stuff on the neck and STILL they are everywhere. Just today i went into the bathroom to rinse something off and there were at least 10 on my ankles. I've seen her use aerosol around my tanks, thankfully down low and...

Doodle its all about placing as well. I wouldn't place them directly under MH but rather in a corner spot that looks "shady" or on the bottom.

    ID Please "very strange"

Nice critter. I'll take it off your hands. Looks like a fliter feeder. I saw a stripped tentacle the other day in my 20 that was most definitely a worm but what it would do is open up a crown at its end and seem to rake the rock. Very cool....

    LPS Frags

They had their galaxia break? I would think that so long as their is even one healthy polyp it will one day split and split again. I haven't seen to many galaxia but dont' they grow a calcerous shell? If so then you could just get some super glue gel and glue it to your favorite rock. You...

    PC lights?

dual 55's on each side would be fine or dual 96's for the whole tank. If you can try Vho's. They would cover your tank alot better and you could do 2-4 48inch bulbs 110 watts each....

    Snail ID with pics

Does he have a pattern on his shell? Looks like a cowrie type snail. Either cyprea or cyphoma. The cyphoma's eat gorgonians and the cowries are big and small and eat algae.

    xenia fragging question

It can take as little as 2 days for xenia to attatch. Just do a loose rubberband and you should be ok. The tighter the better chance of it splitting.
