Here's some irony. When I clean out my filter socks, I harvest as many pods as I can from there and crush their heads and feed them to my zoas.

I always feed it directly with my tongs. It's arms stick out of the rocks but it keeps it's body hidden. It just seemed like it was on a mission that day.
