question?....i recently lost all my fish and want to start over but my nitrates are skyh high like 160+ what can i do to control them i have fowlr 100 gallon tank ammonia=0 and ph 7.8 what can i do >????

i think its a combo of things...i let the water stand for 1 day with litte water flow... and a raw shrimp that i thought was eaten was found in the bottom of the tank after i looked and saw all dead fish... i think the ammonia spiked too high ...

everything else look OK?

ok i have sorta been neglecting my tank hopefully it is not to late to save the fish i have in there. my ph looks about 7.8 which is low...i know...nitrates above 80.. fo tank...how can i lower my nitrates and raise ph....i think this is why my fish is not eating.....thank you for your help in...

ok i have a 105 gallon tank that i have been not keeping up on recently...it is a fowlr tank...my pump broke on my skimmer about a month and a half ago...i bought a new one and installed it but now my fish are not eating tonight and the lunar wrasse is tring to jump out of the tank....also...

ya its been 6 days now and he seems to be puffing up alot and has not yet "explored" also he seems to have trouble breathing or is stressed and is puffing up....sorta! what can i do?

well the puffer is bigger than the other fish but it seems as if it is the one that is scared...i have a sailfin tang and a lunare wrasse and they are all very small at this point. the puffer just stays in the corner and swims up and down the glass...i wish he would come out and play with the...

is it unusual for a new fish to be unliked... by that i mean it stays by itself floating in the corner like it is on punishment by the 3rd grade teacher. its a puffer if that helps?

is diatoms the same as cyan b/c my tanks been up for 4 months now and that forms as a result of high potassium...how can i control potassium?
