yeah new sump I will have baffles before the pumps.

Ok so thats the intake ok. So! lol....How high should I make my baffles do you think? I know what you said before but I am building right now so advice would be great.

That filter foam around that pipe shouldnt sit flush then right? It should sit about the water level?
