I just got an anemone for my tank. It founds its way underneath a cave under the rocks. My peppermint shimp is posting up right next to it and it gets taking tentacle pieces off the anemone. How can I prevent this from happening and what should I do to help it out?

I will try get a better picture tomorrow when the water is cleared up. I had put some Reef Builder in there and it made the water a little cloudy.

I think I got the flow right. The polyps weren't coming out because it kept falling over but now how I have it all the polyps are coming out and it is still moving constantly.

Well it came with a little rock that I laid down in my LR but the flow is way too strong and is knocking it over so I will adjust my PHs, but it isn't the RED or YELLOW. It is white and has darker polyps on it.

I just bought my first Gorgonian coral tonight. Floated it for 30 minutes and it is looking good. I know it says strong flow and strong light. I got it in the right lighting but it falling over when I put it in the strong flow portion. So, am I putting in too much current flow?

Well, I like the soft corals, Frags, Mushrooms, and Zoos. I have a 46 gallon bow with the 36" Glo T-5 lighting. I have yellow polyps in there now and they seem to love it. They open and close daily and they intake the food I put in for the fish as well.

What exactly is the difference between them all..coral wise? Is one better than the other? I have the T-5 set-up right now. Is it good enough to put whatever corals I want to put in my tank??
