I use ro/di water i do weekly water changes of 10 gallons and i have 8 hours of daylights and an 11 hours of antic lights. The foxface does graze on the alge but he likes other food better.

Im in NY zipcode 12302. I bought the skimmer new used it for 2 weeks and than got another one. So it had been used for 2 weeks. I have a 75 gallon. The skimmer says that its good for 100 gallon tank. The lights will fit a 55,75, 90, and some 120 gallons i think. Chuck
