I recently traded in the HUGE toadstool as it was just getting way too big and crowding out other corals. Here is an updated shot with the new Yellow Scroll coral addition in the left side of the tank. FTS: new scroll:

What is going on with my brain coral? Is it slowly dying? Is it possible to stop this from spreading and to possibly regrow tissue over this skeletal structure?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. This has been my showpiece for 2 years now!!!

The ATI Aquablue Specials are a white/blue bulb. 10,000K I believe. They are a really nice bulb, IMO.

I would say that those are comparable bulbs on the surface as far as color. I'm not sure how the PAR on the Geismann compares to the ATI. Hope this helps somewhat.

I believe it is 10"x9.5" I have the NW 110 and it is 7"x9". I think it is a wonderful little skimmer, BTW.

OK, I'm new to Acans so this question may sound stupid , but here goes. As far as them growing new heads and such, do I need to place a disc or rock next to the colony so that the heads have someting to spread onto ala Zoa, or will the entire colonly just expand the skeleton/rock that it is on...

Also, do you happen to have a FTS available?
