    30gallon lighting question

    I have a fish only 30g with standard 24" hood light. I want to upgrade the lights to accomadate corals. The guy at the lfs said that 4-36" NO bulbs at 30 watts each would give me 120 watts for 4 watts per gallon. Would this be okay for corals? I've also found a deal for a 175 watt metal...

    Does liverock need special lighting?

    I've got a fish only tank with regular flourescent bulb. If I add liverock will I need to change or upgrade lighting?
