How much of the water from the 29 g did you take? If yuo took 15+ gallons, you're probably okay to do a water change tomorrow, if you took anything less than that, i wouldnt do it....then you're loosing a lot of your beneficial bacteria...

aahhh....doesnt look good....why didnt you use some of the sand from the other tank? Ehat equipment do you have runnign on it right now as far as filtration, skimmers, etc? We shoudl be able to get an idea of how long it will take to clear upp....i'd say give it til morning. but the fish wont...

no, the mother coral will be fine. And do the glueing out of the tank, allow a couple minutes for glue to dry, and then put frags back in the tank... just curious...how did you get them to offer you 500$ for a toadstool?!?!? I'd like to sell them all of my corals!! :D

agreed, i think ti should be fine. We need to get that temp up though, once we do, it'll just make one less thing for your fish to stress about. Can you get the water flowing in the bucket soemhow? The fish will need air. If you can't get these things, i woudl put the fish back in tonight...

I dont know why it is? I have a AGA RR 65 and AGA model 1 sump...when they water comes down into the sump it surges...like it trickles down over where the sponge is...and then every 5 or 6 seconds it has a huge surge of water....When this happens it kind of spills out over the top....why is it...

I have seen a few people do acros and montis in nano cubes...dont see why not as long as you upgrade the pumps to increase flow...The 70w halide should be enough over the 12. If i were you i'd just start of with a couple real small acro and monti cap frags

well we've had plenty of them before but only small ones...i don't think they get bigger...at least i hope not? As long as they're reef safe i think we're okay...

IMO they're great. I have like 5 in my 65 gal and have always put them in my tanks. As stated, watch out for fragilely placed frags cause they can and will knock them over. But as long as you have everything setup securely you shoudlnt have any problems.
