    tank and sump

Right that's what I was thinking that there's just not enough to even impact the tank...now the next thing I'm questioning is I put my long spine and pencil urchin in my sump so hopefully they don't climb over into the middle chamber where the chaeto will be and eat it all And yes I didn't...

    tank and sump

And I might just abort this mission all together...I only started this because my heat lamp light burns out every other week it seems from sitting over top of the sump maybe getting wet? So I think I'm just gonna buy a couple grow lights on with those flexi necks and see what happens...at least...

    tank and sump

Oh ok so I should prob have a pump in my drain chamber to give the chaeto the dirtiest water I can? And my skimmer is sitting in my drain chamber yes...does all the water go through it?, I can't say for sure but yes that is where it drains into is the skimmers chamber

    Clams on my coral

so will these 150's be ok for now? as in will the zoas keep alive temporarily until I can get a better light...I think the kessils are doing fine seeing that the zoas are all opened up its just that like I said they don't make them glow at all

    tank and sump

im not sure how I feel about this chaeto reactor...it really doesn't seem to be growing in size to much and seems to get some brown residue building up inside the reactor and even on the chaeto...maybe I need to turn up the amount of water flowing through it?

    Frozen food thaw

nope im not paying $20 + for frozen handling fees lol...I was out of town visiting my brother for the coral expo and picked up $75 worth of food lol brought it back in a cooler with ice which did the job I guess...was a tad bit squishy when I got back but not bad at all..still has its color at...

What do you feed your fish?

I just started feeding a variety pack with 4 different types of frozen...(emerald entrée, marine cuisine, phytoplankton, and brine) I also feed omega pellets and omega flakes each with garlic that the company adds...my fish and inverts now seem much happier

    RODI

i would just go to bulk reef supply website and get one of there rodi systems...there pretty reasonably priced and in the end you will save tons of money rather then buying water everytime you need some

    Clams on my coral

yeah these 150's like I said they just don't put off enough blue light to let the corals stand out...all the zoas are opened up its just that this light will not make them glow real well at all...so eventually here ill try a 160 since it has an adjuster on it

    Clams on my coral

yeah these said between 1-2 years..pretty much convinced me that I didn't want them...that must be a captivity thing? I imagine the ones in the wild can't only live 1- 2 years? Oh and now I have to buy better lights for my tank cuz my kessil 150's don't do the zoas justice in any way of...
