oh, sorry there is a lot of live rock, and you can pretty much put any small fish in there, any sort of damsel, including clowns, gobies, the only main difference is the bio load you can have in there compared to the bigger tank.

I am not sure what to start with, but i can give you my opinion on the trigger. From what i have read on them, the 29 gal is too small of a tank to house it. As for the rest of the fish, i am not sure about the puffer, i would imagine that you could get a small one and try to get a bigger...
