This happened to me with crushed coral. I think I didnt rinse it enough because when it did finally clear, whenever i would stir it around it would come up again. That really sucked.

I want to make an agressive tank with like 1 shark and other aggesive fish. I have a 180 gal custom tank in storage that I would like to set up. What kind of shark and fish can I put in it? How do I set up the rocks. If live rock how much do I put in. What kind of sand(I know it has to be soft)...

Im not sure if it will be ok with those fish but just make sure you dont put it in with angels! i have gotten one and it died 6 months later. Some people tell me they never live very long but a couple of people told me they do live long. They are very difficult to take care of.

When this happen to me i made the mistake by ignoring it but when it got out of control i used something called marine SAT. It is organisms that eat the nutrients that the hairl algea needs to survive. It took like a couple months but it worked great. Now im almost hair algae free!:)

A week ago I bought a perecula clown for my 55g. I also have an anemone but im not sure what it is. The clown fish wont go into the anemone. I have had a perecula clown in that same anemone a while back too. How long should it take him to go in it or will he just not?
