For a couple of days now my sea star has not moved very much, but his tenticules where still moving. I thought it would be fine, but this morning it was in the same spot as last night. I the used the net to move it and two limbs fell off. What causes this...

I have a hawaiian rainbow puffer and he or she(lol) seems to be pretty agressive in our tank. I just bought a hatian anemone and the puffer bites at the pink base, it also seems to lerk kind of like a shark, it's kind of scarey.
