do the side fins on this fish look normal? ther are thes little baches of blur on this fishis fins. they look like little white speckles at first but with closer observation they are more like blury spots. is this something i should be woried about?

hello, i plan on adding a 55 or 40 breeder to my colection and i was wondering wich could hold more fish and wich would be easyr to filter. would a 40 breeder hold more fish because of how thick it is or would a 55 be better because its bigger. any input is helpfull.
