:help: We just bought a 75 gal Won Venturi Protein Skimmer and the directions (not much there) said to make sure you keep the water at the water line. Which is way below the waste cup. So in doing so I don't understand how the waste gets into the cup. Can someone please explain it to me.:notsure:

I would like to know if the plants will live in crushed coral or does it need the sand? We have a 55 gal tank, how many hermit crabs, anemone's and plants are okay?

We are fairly new to sw tanks and I keep reading on different messages about skimmers on the fish tanks. We have a 55 gal and we don't have a skimmer do we need one? Thanks for an and all help in advance.:happyfish
