How does one get rid of a Mantis shrimp? The clicking sound seems to be getting louder and louder. I bought a Mantis shrimp trap but all it seem to catch are the turbo snails. Any suggestions?

My anemone is still attached to my lr but its body is still shrivelled and its color is whitish. it used to be pink-with a purple tint. should i pry it from the lr and take it out of my tank? can i leave it in the tank overnight and see if its okay in the morning? some advice please???? :(
