How do you spot feed millepora oyster eggs?

I put one in my biocube 8 and it works great albeit I had to do a number of modifications.

How can I get my coral from the tablet to my rock?

I read somewhere that the biocube 24's 36W ballasts fit the Biocube 8, so if I could replace those then find 36W lights would this work? Also I have not found 9" compact 36W lights.
