Corals on white tablets

What kind of coral is it? I leave my frags on the disk. The nice thing about them is that you can move the coral much easier. They are a bit unsightly, but once you find a good place, the coral will usually overgrow the plug quickly.

I would just leave them. Xenia grows so fast that it should completely cover the disk and spread to the rock rather quickly. The same thing go for pretty much any time of polyp although it might not be as rapid as the xenia.
