Can I add clean up crew and fish at same time.

55g 70 lb rock 60 lb sand FOWLR tank tank is finishing cycle what should I add 1st Fish? clean up crew? can you add whole crew at same time what kind of shrimp? when should I add? How long should I wait between fish, or crew before adding another fish? I do not have QT tank

new results ammon 0 nitrites 0 nitrates 10 the rock took 5 days to get after was shipped, was just moist. I think this is uncured right. That was Saturday. this is Tuesday can my take have cycled this fast? I started with just saltwater 2 weeks ago last wed added LS and shrimp and then Sat. LR...

the highest my ammon went was .5-.75 then I took out shrimp ammon now @ .5 nitrites was .5 now 0 nitrates was 0 now 10 did I, cycle ? am I cycling? did I stop the cycle because I removed shrimp?

had shrimp removeds after in started desenagrateing after a couple of days ammon went to .5-.75 nitirites was at .5 should have these #'s came down so quick?
