Has anyone used this product. Does it do what it says. I have a friend who I trust that recommended it but I wanted to get some other opinions before spending the money:)

I leave mine on about 8 hrs and run the atinics about 1 hr on both sides for the dusk/dawn effect.

I am not getting the coral growth I am looking for. I have a 250 mh an all my reedings look good.I was thinking about gettiing some coral food (ie coral vital) does anyone have any speciic product suggestion. I use Oceanic salt it that matters.

Is it a White bulb. I have the attinics but I don't what a green or yellow tint. I want it to be white?

I was thinking about the XM 10000K. It seems to have the best PPFD. Does anyone know what they look like.

Do you really think that is what it is. I have a new 10K JBJ Bulb. But that just seems a little extreme. I know people that have used the same bulb for 2 yrs with no issues.
