Does it come with the power coards and everything? Also I have M57 bulbs will it fire these? I think they are pulse start im not sure

What's a lux meter and where would you find one at?

This will run T5's right? I think i read somewhere that it will run up to 16' of bulbs? Also if i go with T5's how often do you have to repalce your bulbs?
