I have heard a few people mention that you can make your own base rock? Is there a video or a book about how to do this. I searched the forum for it but could not find it. Thanks.

I'm slowly getting everything set up and love the look of coquina rock. I was wondering if it was possible to use it as my base rock. Since its mainly made from crushed sea shells, i thought it would look awesome in my tank. Also since i live in Florida its really easy to come by.
