nice pics, and nice tank good job.

During last years big blackout we went for around 24hrs with no ill effect to the tank, but I wouldnt want to try that again.

I have had problems in the past with red legs,(I thought I was the only one) I was watching the tank one night and saw this crab attacking a snail, so I thought maybe the snail is sick, or maybe the crab just needs the shell. Anyway I let him have the shell, the next night I see him attacking...

Purple Queen Anthias is a beautiful fish, Royal Gramma has lots of personality, maybe a Purple Pseudochromis? Just some ideas.

purple tang would cover the purple and the yellow, but im not sure if it would get along with your hippo tang. A coral beauty comes to mind also.

I started to order the CV 12K bulbs, its says to use with a pulse start ballast. My PFO standard ballast is not a pulse start is it?

Ok, I looked at some numbers so I got some more questions for you guys, Here is the PAR ratings for each bulb on my ballast, 1.XM 10K612 2.CV 10K330 3.CV 12K194 4.CV 15K247 I know you guys keep sps so you can probably clear this up for me. For example if I look at the XM with a PAR rating of 612...

I was judging the XM’s by pictures and I agree its hard to tell. I like the price of the CV bulbs. I have seen 20K XM’s in action but that’s too blue for me. Ill sleep on it and decide in the morning. Once again thanks for your input it is much appreciated.
