Quite a few water services still contain lead material but is coated over with slime from years of running so theres no danger in lead getting to a consumer. same goes for copper pipe its coated as well so theres a 99% chance youll never consume any of it. Personally i wouldnt worry at all...

Your going to want at least a 250w halide setup . a 175 is bent for less than 18" deep . but the more light the better. id say go with at least a 250 but id recomend looking into a 400 or a single 1000w

The LFS i got it from had it under some lower lighting and might not have had proper water parimeters. But i know it was bleached pretty bad. It has a lot of new polyp growth starting on the outsides of the cup.

I have one of the pro heat titaniums ... a great heater and simple to set for your tank. You'll love it if you go that route.
