i have a 6ft vho box lighting for my reef tank..... if you were able to choose what 4 bulbs types to put in the casing...what would the 4 bulbs be..... thank you for your opinions....

i have been doing 25 gallon water changes with ro water every 2 weeks.i still cannot seem to get my nitrates to 0-5.they are at 12-20 all the time.in my tank i have 2 emperor 400 piggy back filters,and a jebo 180 skimmer.could this have something to do with it??? please advise.

i have a 125 gal. tank..... i want to change the cc. to ls. i am in mo. and i can not find beach sand anywhere.... lfs sell live sand but it is pretty expensive. local home depot does not sell southdown only silica sand. any suggestions
