since i hear this is a tactic i was looking for a pic of a pink tip haitian with some percs hosting in it to tape to my tank. the anemone has set its foot, and i want my percs to bond with it =). they just look at it and swim away. so if anyone has a pic of some percs hosting in a pink tip...

one thing ive noticed is that my cleaner shrimp are like 8 year olds, they must mess around everything. so of course, i just got a pink tip haitian anemone and they start messing with it. i understand that anemones are able to sting other things to defend itself, but the shrimp was not affected...

there are some corals(such as some mushrooms) that are EXTREMELY easy to keep. and infact you are looking at starfish, which are very dificult to keep. it is said that they are a harder species to keep in the tank, so i think u would accually be better off with a beginner coral tank.:thinking:

i have this 1 inch in diameter hammer coral. i tried feeding it raw shrimp today by placing the shrimp in the middle, it had ahold of it for like 5 mins, then it let go. but it seemed like the same ammount of shrimp was still there, it hadnt eaten any of it. also the tenticles seemed to shrink...

okay well when u put it back up - lawnmower blenny, emerald crabs, and turbo snails will do the trick

get an emerald crab and more turbo snails and bye bye algae. in a 25 g ide say atleast 10 snails. for whatever changes use ro/di water(just telling u incase u are using tap) =) gl

the first one was in my tank for a while before it died... it was doing fine for like 3 weeks, then all the sudden it started throwing up everything it ate. i got them both from two dif stores
