    You can't over filter your tank, the key is water movement but change your filter pads often to avoid a nitrate explosion. IMO you don't have enough water movement.     LFS had some awesome looking live rock from Tonga, I believe. I picked up a few pieces and noticed a bad smell. Is this normal? rock is cured according to owner. Thanks.

    I am a long time Discus keeper currently in the planning stages of starting a FOLR tank. Is it possible to introduce parasites when cycling with cured live rock? If so what can be done about it ? Thanks, love this forum!:happyfish
