I have heard that you need to change your lights out (I have VHO) about every 6 months or so because the spectrum begins to change over time. Just wondering if this is the case. Thanks:)

I see that swf.com has started to come alive again. Not everything is on the wish list. Any word on how hard they were hit and their status? I wish them luck and hope they get back up to full steam soon. :happyfish
