i have a theory that my anenome is pumping out slime every time that it opens and close. I also think that this slime is affecting my corals. Does this seem reasonable or evenly possible????

take out the cardinal and the kole tang and the rest should be ok. the cardinal is not reef safe all the time and the kole tang is very very difficult to take care of in a 55. I started my 55 reef in july and i spend like 30 min a day on it so yeah its a lot of work with water tests and other...

hey i have white dots on the glass behind my reef and little white dots on some of my rocks. They dont move and some dots are bigger then the other. Please help me I dont know what they are and I want to fix this problem!:help:

i just got rid of mine. I suggest you use chemi-clean. It's reef safe and it does wonders on your algea. Make sure you use an air stone or run air through your powerheads when you do it. Also you have to turn off your skimmer and take the carbon out of your filter if you run a canister filter.
