I have a 260 watt Satellite llighting system 2 dual daylight bulbs and 2 dual actnic bulbs. What would be good replacement bulbs? Should i put 2 10,000 k bulbs and 2 460 actnic bulbs. Anybody have any idea.

i had a fowlr for about 5 years off and on. now i want to turn into a reef nothing big. my ? is how many powerheads should i use to circulate my water. i have a 72 gal bowfront with a modified maxi jet 1200 and a korali # 2 pump. should i consider using a wave maker and if so can i use the mod...

i have a fwlro 72 gal bowfront. i have the basic set for years now i want to turn into a reef tank. First what kind of light should i consider (iam thinking the nova extreme pro)? second how many pumps to circulate my water and where would the key spots be to put them (the pumps that is )

i just finish building a sump and i have a lot of glue residue from the protective paper. what can i use to take this residue off........ :notsure: :notsure: :notsure:

just out of curiosity, i live in the Gulf coast of mexico and i see tons of hermit crabs on the beach. I know this sounds juvinile but can these critters be intergrated into a reef aqurium........ :notsure: :notsure: :notsure: :notsure:

Let me start by telling you all that i have a 72gal fowlr have 5 chromis 3 featherdusters, 5 blue leg crabs and 4 scarlett crabs. Over the weekend i put 2 clown and they were doing fine until yesterday, just like that doing good in the evening and by morning both dead everything else is doing...

i was thinking of putting a 100 watt light and what kind of plant life would i put into the fuge. I know 10 gal kind of small buts about all the room i can get in the process of building a new stand so i can use a 55 gal tank...

well i am thinking of plumbing a 10gal into my wetdry and make it a refugium(because of lack of space). What does everyone think? would this work? any recommendations..... :thinking: :thinking: :thinking:

well i lost my only two fish in my tank......all my reading were good and with in range, temp about 78.5. i know this isn't much info, but the fact that my pump going out could that have cause the fatalities in my tank. i was out of town for 2 days. so i know the pump was working before i left...

well i replaced my pump its a Lifeguard quiet 1....its working good had one casulty tho lost my coral band. I hate when i loose fish, especially that i could of avoided earlier.

what is the rate ratio on a pump 5 times the aquarium volume or 10. have a 72 gal bow front need to replace pump ASAP.......... :help: :help: :help: :help:
