Is the tank still available?

I live on the coast in North Carolina, can you use the water from near the beaches or do you have to get off the coast x-amount of distance to collect your water. Just curoius, because going and getting the water would be easier than trying to mix.

Yes that is a yellow tail I actually have three of them in there. This tank will have been up and running for two years this July. I am at the Marine base in Havelock.

My wife bought me a chocolate chip starfish without doing any research on it while I was overseas. After a year of building and caring for all my plant life...that star fish ate it all in less than 3 months, it did not eat the mushrooms, the only left over. I am now starting over.
