I cycle my tank water about 10 times per hour. If you have a 72 gallon you need to be moving about 10 times that through your pump system. I have found that this will right your tank. Good Luck! Fish :D

You can do it the natural way. You can add some new aragonite to the tank. When it breaks down it will emit Calcium and trace elements to the water. Fish :D

I am thinking about getting some myself. I too went to the LFS and added a blue cup coral to my tank. I really believe it to be some kind of plate coral. It is blue in color and about the size of your hand. Has polyps covering the entire surface. I hope you enjoy the new additions. Fish :D

I had mine dye back when I first got them from the LFS. I would place them high in your tank where they can get the best lighting. I only had a very small patch when the die off stopped and they finally took off. Water quality must be good as well. Hope this helps, Fish :D
