I suggest you clean the cup as necessary.....common sense.....and the entire unit when you do your water change....bi weekly

The metal halides without the glass cover just made a worsened cloudy condition. I turned the lights of for a while......hoping it clears a bit......wish I knew how to eliminate the rusty looking water???? :happy:
