Getting a leather coral to stay put

Its very interesting because the flow is not that high in this area. But at night the whole thing has taking off twice. I bought the coral from satwaterfish, so I have confidence in what it is, plus it looks correct, for what its worth. Should I use silicone to glue it down?

Getting a leather coral to stay put

I have a toad stool leather that is attached to a small rock. Every time I place this thing somewhere secure, the next morning the leather has totally relocated to a hidden location. Should I use some epoxie of glue to secure the rock the coral is attached to in place to other live rock? If...

    Bristle/Fire worm "outbreak"

They sell traps to trap these guys. Are you sure they are bristle worms. I never see any in my tank during the daytime, only at night, but I do see 1 or 2 tenticles of mini starfish that hang out of the rock. These guys are everyware. My fish and cleanup usually eat them

The things you look for in a LFS

The LFS around here have nice tanks and a decent selection, depending on when they received their orders. But I have to say an owner that’s not a prick would be nice, a family that runs the store that are not stuck up would be nice, creating customer loyalty by accepting a coupon that was a...

    Kent's Sea Salt

I have used IO in the past and had calcium and alk issues. With Kents I have never had to supplement which makes me happy. I wish IO went back to selling the 200g buckets. Why did they downsize? Kent is the only one that sells a 200g bucket anymore

I have had 2 SF eels. They are awsome additions and a lot of fun. Both of mine eat out of my hand. Word of advice, and the reason both are no longer with me, they are escape artist. You need to have a complete cover on the top of your tank or they will find a way out.
