Ive been seeing these bright neon green things on my live rock. there only about 1/8" long or shorter shooting out from my lr. theres about 8 or 9 of them now of several rocks, the tank is less the 2 months old. any ideas what they are?

I need to order new PC 96wt bulbs for my Orbit Light. It takes 4 bulbs. I did have 2 6.5k/10K bulbs and 2 actinic bulbs. But I think I want it a little more blue this time.
