Anyone interested in trading a Danner Mag 7 for a Mag 5?

What are the specs for the heaters?

It is a dolphin 2100, way to much pump for my needs. Is the increase in water temp really going to be material? If I run a mag 5 and then a pump rated for 700 gph? Yes I have a vibration pad.

I already have the wave master so that should take care of the timing.

I can install as many as 4 maxijets in my 90 gallon. Do I need 4 and what is the optimal placement of the powerheads? Should I use all 4 with the wavemaster? Thanks

There are so many on the market, I'd just like to get some opinions. I have an external pump right now and its way to noisy.

I have a buffer wheel I can use. I also ordered a Novus kit. Do I just put the Novus liquid on the buffer and go at it?

I'll have to check when I get home. It had a really coarse sand paper and then a fine piece. Didn't use the coarse, but something in between. It came with a plastic polish and cleaner.

The tank is empty. I've been using a Craftics polishing scratch removal kit. I sanded, then polished then is has a cleaner. It says on the instructions to continue to polish if haze exists. I've been working on this all day and its not getting any better. lDoes anyone have any suggestions?

I don't believe it is hair algae, even though I'm not 100% what hair algae is. This is kinda like a green stain on the rocks.

This may have been answered above and I missed it, if so I apologize. I'm going to use uncured live rock to cycle the tank. Do I need to scrub it and cure it before I use it to cycle the tank. If not would I want to cure it after the cycle? Ultimately if I can't get all the bad stuff out by...

I will be setting up a new tank. I found a pretty good deal on uncured live rock. They warned me that uncured can have harmful bacteria, but since it has been in their tank successfully I would be okay. Does this sound correct?
