Well I got it off there i tried the ice in a bag and still no luck so i used a thin plastic card not as thick as a credit card and it slipped right between the glass and the anemone. will update on its health after a week or 2

I think i will give the ice cubes a try. I will let you guys know how it comes out. Thanks
