"Just watch for bleaching, they may lighten in color which isn't bleaching." So should I move it all the way to the bottom of the tank? I don't want it to lose it's color that is why I bought it. And where I have it placed I doubt it is getting moderate flow.

Should I pack that Filter Floss into the bottom of the diffuser cup? If I should put it in the bottom should I take out the pad that is there now or just put the floss stuff on top of it? And yes it is hanging on the back of the tank.

Mine seems to like my hermit crabs :/ and sometimes I see him eating a bristle worm which I like just wish he would stick to them. He is a fast little booger too, I tried to catch him to take him out since I want some peppermint and a cleaner shrimp but he is too quick to get back behind the rocks.

Are you adding Mag? If your Mag is really low this I think will stop your Calc from going up. I use the Kent Turbo Calc to get the calc up if it is really low and then use the B-Ionic two part supplement to keep Calc and Alk where they need to be. We run our skimmer all the time.

Ok so say we get rid of the bugs. When we go out and buy rock or mushrooms/ricordias do we do dips of those items to make sure there is no red bugs on them before they go into the tank?

Ughh why can't things just be easy. Add corals to the tank and they do great so you can sit back and enjoy instead of feeling sick and have to fight to get badies out of the tank.
