has anyone used these. i was looking at the 6 bulb - 24 inch. on a 29 gallon tank. i believe this will allow me to keep almost anything. but i dont think that these have individual reflectors. can someone please help me decide thanks rob

i am now skimmer shopping for my 29g SPS tank. I have narrowed it down to ASM Baby G ASM G-1 SuperSkimmer 65 Euro Reef RS-80 i know some people have to have experiance with these skimmers. After narrowing it down to this i am completely stuck. what would u choose? Rob

The topic says it all. I seems like the drains are pulling alot of air down with them and it bubbles under water. The bubbles hit each other and become micro bubbles and are all in the DT. Will a Sock on each drain fix the problem? Thanks in Advance Rob

I just put this tank together and brought it outside to do a freswater test and leak test. I found out that all, and i mean all six of my bulheads are leaking. Can i put silicone around the inside lip to stop this. Its not a large leak just a drip a second or so. Any help is appreciated...

so i am getting ready to move my 29 into another 29g for a dedicated zoo tank. i was wondering if i used all of the origional live rock, but used new arag-alive sand, if there would be a cycle. i will also use about a gallon of the origional water. any help will b appreciated. thanks rob

If a tanks subtrate is slowly leaking phosohates into the water, will pourous LR absorb it. And if this rock is used in a different tank, will the rock also leech phosphaters into the water?

So i finally did it. i drilled my 20L future SPS nano. 6 holes to be exact. cost me about 25 dollars for all three holes, and the LFS wanted 12 per hole with no gaurantee about cracking it. Specs 20L Display 2- 1" Drains 1- 3/4" return by QO 3000 1- 1" CL Drain 2- 3/4" return Split by SQWD...

Is there a company who make a complete nano cal. reactor. i am in the process of setting my nano SPS tank up but have yet to find one that is made for a nano. If you know of any could you please suggest the brand. Thankx

I am using a QO 2200 for a CL pump running externally and was wondering how to prime the thing. I will have (1) 1" intake and (2) 3/4" returns. If i completely submerge the drains and returns, and blow water into it would it prime it?

i am building some overflows for my 20l and was wondering where on the net i could get blue or black acrylic? I thought about clear but it would just get nasty and i think a color would look better. Ive checked at Lowes, Home Depot, so could someone please point me in the right direction...
