    Actually, I buy the filter pads that have carbon on one side and regular cotton type material on the other for my wet/dry filter. They are blue on one side and black on the other and made by Marine Land. Make sure the blue side is facing up.

    I have a yellow tang and a purple tang living in peace with the clown trigger. Make sure the clown is a "wee" bit smaller than the tangs and you should have no problems. Here's a little kicker... my friend has a clown trigger and a few shrimps in the same tank, it has been over 8 months now...
