I'm having a little difficulty keeping the KH of my 75gal up. I'm currently dosing B-ionic alk. and occasionally adding Reef Builder from Seachem. Just curious what others are using to keep KH up and not impact pH. My tank currently has a KH of 8 and a pH of 8.6. This is likely acceptable...

Has anyone used this model? Good? Bad? Considering this is a hang-on, how is the tank water moved into the filter box? I assume the return to the tank has a small pump but the intake mechanism has me baffled.
