The Seachem & Salifert copper test kits are not available in my area. Does anyone know if the marineland/instantocean copper test kit for free ionic or non-chelated copper formulations will work? If not, any other suggestions?

Could be air bubbles, but probably not. Tangs are active swimmers. Ich tomonts will drop off on their own, thats part of their life-cycle their offspring may return later in spades. I'll keep my opinions on tangs to myself.
