close the vents in the other room that is what i do. You don't have to shut them all the way just restrict the flow of the ac in each room so the room that you have open "the Fish room" will be coooolder. just my .02

I traped my 8 inch one with a clean pair of panty hose and some raw shrimp in side he came out and got traped on it then i was able to pull him out slowly after he sat there all day pulling on it. that is a cheep way and you can take out the shrimp later and rinse the hose for the next one.

looks good. on the pic that you can see the top of the water is it dusty or a film on the water? if it is dust or film get some water move ment on to the top to break it up helps with the o2 in the tank. looks great

Just my .02 use some Plexiglas or some acrylic to separate the tank and trap him in to a section of the tank and start adding more plexie making the space smaller and smaller then you will only have to rip out a little bit of rock work. Or you can get a fishing hook and go fishing.

What about just taking it out and drying it and then rinsing it off “power washing it” That way when it is dry you can kind of wash it. Then reseed it with some live rock? Just my .02
