Is itt normal for it to have its mouth gaping open? Selinity at .22, 79°, 8.3 ph, nitrates 0, ect. Is just hungry? And how can I get my maroon clown to host it?

So I have my 30 gallon half moon. 3 fish as stated in the title. I feed them seaweed sheets and brine shrimp twice a day. Occasionally flake food. The goby attacks and bites at the foxface and the bicolor angel. The new fish is the bicolor at 1 day. The goby has always been peaceful. Any ideas?

Good eye! The foxface has grown. A friend of mine had small ones so he gave me one and he's getting big I know. He's just so friendly, been there since the beginning. Hardy little guy too. Here's the experimental sump/refugium I'm working on. I know it's small, but I'm down for experimenting.
