Will my baby porcupine puffer eat my coral. ? I have a large Kenya tree, a large lettuce coral, hammer coral colony big purple mushrooms orange mushrooms about 10-15 Harry mushrooms and a small colony of zoas.. I no he will eat my shrimp but I'm just concerned about my coral. Please help

I just got a baby porcupine puffer and he has not eaten anything and I am going on day 3. He also is just on the bottom of the tank. I can see he has a ick spot on his fin.. Is this from stress of a new home.? Should I take him out and Quarantine him? Or will this just make home more stressed?
