Well, storage. Suppose I was to sell immediately? What different steps would I take there vs storing it for future use?

Use bleach on the rocks? And yes, years. What would you do to make it worth more if I was to sell the whole thing?

Hi all!, I'm in need of a new filter for my tank. I have a 36 gallon bowtank with a Red Sea Prizm protein skimmer. I've been noticing that the plastic on my intake on my filter is beginning to fall apart. Are there any suggestions on new filter units out there? Appreciate the help. Scott

As I think of this, I really hate testing my water. "What color is that? is it light blue or med blue? Is it brown or dark red." A real pain in the tookus!

Just sitting reading the different threads and noticing the different size tanks. What does everyone have?

It has been a while since I got my rock but if I remember right all I did was transport it in a Styrofoam box that the LFS got their livestock shipped in. I have a 45 minute ride to my store but it was not stored in water until I got home.

I admit water changes for me are a chore. However every time I do it I just say "that wasn't so bad". I just did one, scrub the glass and cleaned my protien skimmer in 45 minutes. It is one of those jobs that isn't that bad once you do it, it is the thought of doing it that is the real chore.
