Thanks, I win. I believe part of my problem has been that the Clowns were put in with fish that were bigger and probably more aggressive. Once my 10 gallon reef is settled I will put a couple into that tank.

We are having a "discussion" here at work tonight - someone is saying that he was told by the LFS that Clowns are really damsels. Thus the discussion has progressed. What is your opinion. I have not had luck keeping these guys in any of my tanks and not quite sure why.

I did many water changes when I first used copper safe and waited months before trying to add inverts.

From what I understand the Coppersafe is not safe for invertibrates which I would think would cover your snails. However, I have tanks without coppersafe and my snails die off also. Would love to hear other opinions on this. Also, what kind of fish are in the tank? My wrasse can nail a snail...

Now that you mention it, I moved the urchin because he wanted to eat everything in the tank. Put him in one tank and he kept stacking rocks on his head to hide so we moved once more. Now he is a happy camper. So, I guess moving will be out of the question. Guess I am going tank shopping !
