where can I get 660 watt e-ballasts?

has anyone used these ballasts? Also, they claim that with their 10,000+ bulbs you will not need to run actinics because they already have the blue spectrum in them. Would anyone buy these ballast and just run their lamps on a 180 gallon without any actinics?

I have a 180 gallon reef tank that I am setting up. I have a chance to buy an ETSS 1000 Super reef skimmer for a really good price. Will that be too powerful for my tank? It is rated for 200-800 gallons.

Is there such a thing as overskimming? I am considering protein skimmers for my 180 gallon tank and I have read that manufacturers overrate their skimmers. Companies like Euroreef have such wide gallonage ranges for their skimmers and they overlap so much, it's hard to know which one to get.

I have a sheet from the lfs about the scum bag and you can see it on the aqua clear aquatics web site. I was just wondering if it would make a good sump. They claim that this makes all other filtration systems obsolete. What do you think?
