Thought I would share,that a simple fan on my halides has stablized my temp fluxs on my 180 gal.had about 3 to 4 degree fluxuation.thought it would help but am staying a constant 79,is super great.

API.I had my api test kit for awhile til i started testing calcium..API test kits are way off for reefs.I double checked with a couple lfs.on my water and i only use Hagan test kits now.higher but worth it.imo

most lfs will check water for free.i was using api but there calcium test is off alot.like 100 pts off.your kh is too low,you want about 10,and only water changes help kh.just my 2cents.also you want your calcium about 420 to 450,higher then that starts to do harm.
