I have a valentini puffer in my 29 gallon reef and he has been the perfect model citizen! He has not harrassed either of my shrimp nor tried to eat any inverts or nip at corals. He doesn't nip fins but he will pick baby feather dusters and other lil creatures off of ur live rock. IME...

IS there any other type of sand that can be used besides Southdown that can be purchased at Home Depot??? I am just taking a safety precaution in case I go there and they don't have Southdown.....oh by the way I already have an inch of live sand in my tank and I am going to apply this new sand...

Today i was trying to find a better spot for my bubble coral and while i was moving him one of his bubbles brushed a piece if liverock and popped. It basically withered down. Will he be Ok? His other bubbles look fine but has this ever happened before. I don't want him to die. Plz Help...
